Allise Prew is currently pursuing an apparel design degree with a retail merchandising minor. Her work has been featured in seven fashion shows in the area. Many of the looks she has shown are created through a combination of non-traditional materials, knits, and tailoring. She has interned with local bridal designer Tara LaTour, and worked on costumes and props at The Children’s Museum.
Allise’s senior line was influenced by American Made materials, ethics, and craftsmanship. She was inspired by Midwestern cities, nature, and the details and femininity of 1940’s silhouettes. This combination has led to a line that harmonizes durability, classic silhouettes, and modern detail for both genders.
