Jessica Loomis

Jessica Loomis believes that clothing should be fun, unique, and beautiful; something that children want to wear every day. She was an intern at Joynoelle her sophomore year where she learned how to hand embellish garments. After working on a wearable alarm system for NASA she was presented with a Student Design and Scholarship Excellence award. Jessica is currently working on an Undergraduate Research Opportunities Program where she is studying the affects of clothing on children with autism. Ultimately she’d like to design clothing for this group of children.

Her line is inspired by her study abroad experience in London. She pairs gorgeous floral prints with elements from the French Revolution period to give her garments a fun, romantic look.
